ŠANCE Job Fair: Third Award in a Row and a Day Full of Inspiration

We couldn’t miss the ŠANCE job fair at the University of Economics in Prague and we’re glad we didn’t! Our regular participation in this event has become a tradition. 🧡💙 This year, along with many great experiences, we also took home our third consecutive award for Best Exhibitor, which we deeply appreciate.

Sweet Treats, Student Challenges, and Surprise Prizes

As every year, we aimed not only to showcase career opportunities but also to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. This time, we treated students to colorful cake pops and a prize draw, which was a big hit. Among the prizes were five grand prizes – mysterious Mystery Boxes that sparked lots of curiosity and excitement. We also participated in the student competition, contributing the PC game Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 as our prize.

Inspiring Conversations and Cross-Team Support

One of the biggest benefits was meeting so many inspiring students and job seekers
and having meaningful conversations about their career paths and future aspirations. This year, we were also delighted to be joined by colleagues from LeitnerLaw, who came to support
us and actively engaged in conversations with students, adding to the friendly and open atmosphere at our booth. We would also like to extend a big thank you to our Slovak colleagues, who quickly responded to our request and provided company T-shirts in a different color – helping us stay perfectly coordinated down to the last detail.

Already Looking Forward to Next Year

For us, the ŠANCE job fair is not only an opportunity to showcase who we are and what we do, but also a place where we find inspiration and meet the next generation of talent. We’re already looking forward to next fair with new ideas, fresh energy, and the joy of connecting with even more amazing people.
